BSP’s HR Department has initiated Town Hall sessions for its employees. A town hall meeting is an informal arena where employees can voice their questions on any issues. First session of the series was organized at BSP’s Kasur Mill. Town hall meetings foster diverse opinions, authentic communication, mutual understanding and transparency between employees and the Management Team.
